LV Road Tec Assistance

We had a flat tire on our way home to Vegas. Our roadside assistance was 1-2 hours out. LV road tech assistance stopped in and had the tools we needed to change out tire. He gave my kids cold water. Eddie was amazing and we are appreciative of him. Highly recommend

When my family called them they gave us an invoice of the amount of money I had to pay for the service. When they finished they told me that we had to pay more than they told us because they spent more hours doing the work. The problem is that they spent more hours because they broke a screw and had installed the radiator backwards. Plus they didn’t fix their error until we told them that it was not the way it was supposed to be. How this company has so many good reviews when they don’t do a good service and they don’t know what they’re doing? That service was not professional and it was really disappointing besides they can't demand more money from us when we had agreed on a fixed price that was NOT an estimate.

Highly Recommended! I recently locked my keys in my truck late at night near the Strip and was in a panic. I called Auto Lockout Roadside Assistance and they arrived in under 30 minutes! The technician was professional, friendly, and got my door unlocked quickly without any damage. A few weeks later, I needed a jump start after leaving my lights on in the heat, and again they were fast, courteous, and had me back on the road in no time. Their flat tire changes and fuel delivery services are just as reliable. Living in Las Vegas, you never know when you’ll need roadside help, especially with the extreme temperatures and busy roads. This company is dependable, reasonably priced, and truly cares about their customers. They even offer towing when needed. If you’re in the Las Vegas area, save their number — you won’t be disappointed! 5 stars all the way.

I had an excellent experience with Lv Road Tech. Technician Damean was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and fast. I was stranded on the side of the freeway with trailer axle issues, and he quickly diagnosed the problem as the 3rd axle on the left side being completely shot. What really stood out was how thorough and dedicated he was. He made sure to locate the proper replacement axle instead of cutting corners, and had everything repaired and back on the road in no time. His communication, work ethic, and roadside diagnostic skills were outstanding. If you need reliable roadside trailer repair, I highly recommend Lv Road Tech. Truly top-notch service when it mattered most.
